I posted earlier this week about the Diary Lane Burger and ended that post saying that we needed to go get a burger from Blue Star Diner. So yesterday, we went to Blue Star after watching a Red Birds baseball game.
I looked at the menu and I may or may not have gotten distracted by another item on the menu. I saw the description for the meatloaf and really didn’t look at anything else on the menu. It is Silver Sage beef (local beef) wrapped in bacon topped with BBQ sauce, arugula, oven dried tomatoes. It comes with some house made slaw and Kennebec potato fries. Now how can you say no to that? Well, I couldn’t so I guess I’ll have to go another time to get the burger.
